A prayer altar is where an individual, family or small group is committed to lifting up the name of the Lord in worship and prayer for transformation over the land. There isn't a particular format or formula, simply a hunger to enter into God's presence, with lives of purity and humility, to seek His heeling over the land and to see true revival.
There is also an urgency to come against the darkness over the land and to pull down strongholds that are hindering the move of the Holy Spirit.
A community prayer altar is a group of Christians who gather in a similar manor to personal prayer altars but with an open invitation for other committed Christians to join them at a scheduled time and place.
